Service is great, Heather is super sweet and awesome owner! Love, love the location it is super cute and very clean and just a personal able experience! I have had my hair done by family members thinking hey they won’t damage my hair, ummmm yeah nope . Heather has saved my hair literally because it was fried and damaged and I am now able to add bleach back in my hair and get highlights and my hair is back to good health. She also has helped my daughter out tremendously with her hair as well. My daughter has super, super thick course hair and it was icky in some places greasy and buildup and with Heather Moss cutting, styling, and treating my daughters hair it is amazing and so soft and she can literally go days with out washing it from the product regime that Heather recommended for my daughter. Truly a life saver and I have been to so many stylist and I’m picky with everything and Heather is defiantly a go to gal and does amazing work.

Heather responded promptly on Instagram to my haircut inquiry and squeezed me in a couple of days later. She listened patiently while I explained what I wanted and didn’t like about my current haircut (from a different salon). She spent time analyzing my hair texture and face shape and discussed options with me. When actually cutting my bangs, she went slowly, starting longer and trimming off little by little until I was happy. Heather made me feel relaxed with her expertise and fun conversation. I LOVE my hair and highly recommend Heather, especially for clients wanting first time bangs!

I found HM a few months back. I was extremely excited due to it being my first time at a salon & being a first time mom this year I wanted to feel pretty. Only to be treated poorly by Heather Moss we spoke on the phone, she told me what day I was booked. I believe she must’ve not put me in her roster because she had no idea who I was, not my name anything. My iPhone deleted our messages after 30 days so when she asked me if I had our messages I didn’t have them & I felt so embarrassed. She seemed as if she didn’t want to work with me & as if she was trying to be rid of me due to her being with clients. Long story short, I left HM crying due to feeling embarrassed, emotional from postpartum. Saddened that my first experience at a salon went this way, she told me she didn’t take Groupons that Emily did, she then referred me to Emily, thankfully Emily took me in days later, was kind and made me feel better. HM had such good reviews so I went for it. Unfortunately I did not have the same experience as the rest. I would’ve liked it to be different.

After 30years of pain I finally decided to cut my hair off as I couldn’t deal with the frustration anymore, I completely ruined my style. Heather not only miracle-worked my hair back to an amazing look – she also highlighted, thinned, cut, shampoo, massaged and styled my hair (almost 4hours)without once causing discomfort on my painful scalp (unlike countless other hairdressers) Heather is absolutely AMAZING!!! Expect an honest reply when you ask her what you want or what you are trying to achieve. She will NEVER do anything just to do it.
