I never leave reviews but I decided to try a new place today and I really regret it. I got dip nails done and the gentleman I got was so unkind and rude to me, it just made for a horrible experience. I could be okay with that if he’d done my nails okay. They are a mess… they are on top of my cuticles and painful and all the shapes are just SO BAD. I have some coffin nails and same regular squares. Some are so far side ways and some have straight edges on one side and curved on the other. I also have cuts and my cuticles are covered with product. I asked nicely to have them a little extra square, I had to say it a second time because they clearly weren’t and he cut me off to say he knew already. Then at the end I asked for him to file a few to fix the disaster going on. He rolled his eyes and did it, and kept slamming the file down, sitting back and pushing my hand back at me. THEN at the end he said he added $10 to my bill “because of THE SHAPE I WANTED”??? I could actually cry with how painful they are and how horribly shaped they are. They are a mess. I’ve never had an experience like this before…. I could not believe it. I’m still stunned. I have never not tipped before but this was the absolute worst experience in well over 10 years of getting my nails done regularly..

Staff is friendly enough. I made an appointment and I wasn’t waiting very long. Very rarely do I go to a salon to get my nails done. Once or twice a year I’ll get a pedicure. This salon is pretty close to my home and so I figured I’d get a pedicure one day after work. They turned out well, my feet were very smooth. The next day my right big toe is swollen and has a cyst on the side, pus literally coming out of the side of my nail. I just hope it’s not a serious infection or something worse like staph. No use in trying to get my money back… sucks that I have to spend even more money to go see a doctor. I get that some times things are out of their control and that you take a risk when getting your nails done. Just wish the nail tech could have been more precise and take their time so my health isn’t possibly in danger (at my own expense).

I love coming here to get my nails done! I always get my acrylic, dip and pedicures with Henry. He’s such a personal artist! I’m an artist myself and he does them perfect every time. They last almost a whole month! I strongly recommend him!!!

And she was like I don’t know what you mean, where don’t they match? I pointed it all out and asked if she could paint over it because it looked so bad. She said yes and then had a 10 minutes conversation with the other Lady in a different language and I knew she was talking about me because she literally kept picking up my fingers to show the other lady. After it was all done they were all different shapes, sizes. It was completely rushed but yet somehow I was there for 2 hours. I had to go somewhere else to have them fix it. I have gone to this nail spa on and off for about a year and just had my second very disappointing incident. I have been getting my pedicures and manicures for over a decade and haven’t had such a bad experience. I was willing to give them benefit of the doubt after one younger male technician ripped a hang nail and made me bleed. This week, my technician pulled way too hard at the cuticle of my big toe and it became infected.

I hate writing bad reviews, but if something was horrible then I’m going to do it.I went here about 3 times in a row to get my nails done and each experience was not good. I always try to give a chance, so I figured maybe the next time will get better and better. But no. First time I went.. my nails turned out okay. But she didn’t give attention to my cuticles and the dip powder was way too thin. Second time, I had a new person and she was not focused at all! I mean, she kept burning my nails and slipping with her tools. It hurt so bad. Again, no attention to my cuticles and I had left over dip powder all over my hands. Last time, I was so excited to get my nails done because I picked a pretty lilac color out. It was not the right color at all. So when I told her that it was a different color she said no it’s right. And there’s obviously no arguing because she wasn’t going to do anything about it. Again, she wasn’t focused when using her tools. She kept slipping and when she went to cut my cuticles she was literally ripping the skin and it hurt!!!! Never going back.

Horrible job on my nails! A 3 year old could have done a better job! Went home and redid them myself! The gel was thick and clumpy and she filed my nails all crooked. Will never go back!
