2 stars because the people are nice but other then that. They need to close down and think about their business and the work they do. I got my nails done and because I was in a rush I couldn’t really tell them my honest opinion. They get upset when you tell them to do things they’re not used to I go there a lot for pedicures but hey some people need to train to better to better serve people.

Just horrible….after one day my gel polish started peeling off…went back and got a repolish and polish still peeled off …today I went back to my original nail tech and she said that y’all did a horrible fill in job…I suggest you guys go back to nail school…cause this ain’t it ..will NOT be returning!!! HORRIBLE! I made an appointment. I went only because my regular nail tech moved far away I used to go to them when it was ran by KOKO!! So I went. When I got there the nail tech was only going to replace the nail I had broken and wasn’t even going to take off my old ones as if I didn’t ask for a FULL SET! He was so rough! Kept tugging and pulling nay arm and hands. Been getting my nails done forever & never been pulled on tugged on so much. He goes to remove them with no soak off! I got there at 417 didn’t leave until 807. I can not lie! It was lumpy, no polished well. I paid $70 for this BS. For what I don’t know! Never ever never ever never going back!! Don’t do it, Maybe for a pedi.

I went there once. The gentleman that did my mani pedi was great. He was personable and took his time. Only one thing I noticed is they don’t give you a manicure and trim the hard skin away from your nails anymore. I miss an old fashion manicure. If they could do that I would give them 5 stars. Plan on visiting them before I leave for fla. In a couple of weeks. I’ll write another review as this review was my first visit.

A man started my pedicure and then he left no other staff came to assist until after I asked someone 20 minutes later. They finally came over and some other staff took over. They didn’t even give me the 10 mins massage that was included in the pedicure package. I felt the prices were overpriced for the poor quality of gel manicure and pedicure. The place needs to be updated and cleaned out. After a day at another salon getting skipped, I got a recommendation to this place. I went for a pedicure and seen they had many pedicure options which I love! It was my birthday so I wanted to treat myself to something really good. It wasn’t many people but I had to wait. About 15 mins later I was next but had to use the restroom. The lady showed me where it was and I thanked her and had to wait being there was someone in there. After I got out the bathroom, I went to go to the pedicure station and noticed someone was in the seat! So once again, I got skipped!! I was just so upset I just walked out. I’m not sure why she decided to take someone else for I was in the bathroom, well waiting for the person to get out the bathroom. It was a shame because I was soo excited to try their pedicure options and was hoping to make this salon my new place. Guess they didn’t care to lose my money for I was planning on spending alot. Will not be returning

I went for a pedicure. I told the girl twice I did not want gel polish. Despite that she still used gel polish and charged $15 extra on top of the $33 for the pedicure because she used gel. Ridiculously overpriced. Never again Pedicure
