i don’t recommend coming here if you want nails on the shorter side, designs or on a budget. i asked for flames & a heart on both hands. this is what i got… i tried filing the design off because i was SO upset. he did the hearts different when i asked for identical on each side. also, over priced me.. it’s $45 for acrylics as said on the board.. i was charged $70! very bad experience 🙁

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been to this place twice and both times it was a disgrace. The first time I went was for gel nails. I asked for a star design and he sat there and did it for a half an hour just for the design and couldn’t do it. So I told him I would. I did my own nail design for someone i’m supposed to pay. The second time was to get my acrylics off… I didn’t have them on very long and he started to rip them off. Didn’t even soak them or try to cut them down. It was the worst service I’ve ever had. Wish I could give them a big fat 0!!! It says they close at 7:30 and walked in at 6:20 with two customers getting nails done and didn’t worker rudely said “ we are done for today”. That is fine because I will not be back!!! Learn some customer service skills!!!!

I called on a Friday to make an appt at 430 pm on the following Monday for my friend and I to both get pedicures, she was going to leave and then I was going to get a solo manicure. On the phone they said this was fine. When I showed up at 425 for my appt, they wanted to do my manicure first but I explained to them that my friend and I had appts at 430 for pedis then I was getting a mani solo. They argued with me continually and wanted to do my manicure first, not really sure why. I didn’t understand their logic, but I told them that she and I were wanting to get pedicures together as it was a birthday gift from me to her. They were extremely rude about it and kept arguing with me to the point where I was ready to walk out but then my friend showed up. I will not go back there simply for the way they treated me at the beginning of my appointment. I DO NOT recommend this place! Very poor customer service.
