This place does good work. They just don’t have enough people working. The wait is too long. Especially on the weekends. Even if you get there early. Critical: QualityDO NOT COME HERE. I drove in from 30 minutes away. The salon itself is clean & taking necessary precautions for COVID-19. BUT, their work is horrible. I got a pedicure done & it was fine. But, the man that did my french manicure did the worst job I’ve ever seen. The line work was not crisp at all & white polish leaked down into the pink portion of the french manicure. My nails lifted days after. DO NOT COME HERE. I drove in from 30 minutes away. The salon itself is clean & taking necessary precautions for COVID-19. BUT, their work is horrible. I got a pedicure done & it was fine. Took my daughter here to get her nails done. The tech they gave her didn’t know how to do acrylic nails. Didn’t file or thin down nails properly. Couldn’t do half of the designs she wanted. Basically told her what she was going to do. Won’t be back. Sticking to our usual nail shop. Acrylic nails

First time visiting and I was skeptical at first. Looks a little run down at first sight but I’m glad I stayed. Hao did an amazing job on my nails. He was very gentle around the cuticle area on my toes and very detail oriented with my finger nails…no lumps and clumps! It’s now my new nail spot!!

Their partition game is they ain’t playing no games and I had to sign a waiver. They spray down the seats once a customer gets up. Good job HK Nails and Tony.

Love it, love, love it. It is my third visit; and, it seems to get better. Maybe it is my nail designs. HI Nails and Spa is very clean. The technicians are patient. Please understand that you may have a small wait time, but it is very much worth it. Each time, I received a pedicure, manicure, and was. No issues. I have yet to get a chip. I highly recommend.

The lady owner is good. But she is always over booked. No need to make an appointment because you will still have to wait. She doesn’t write down anything she does it by memory. So just remember you will wait. But she is good. Husband is obnoxious but cool. Some person can take him the wrong way and it could get ugly. They upgraded the salon… It will get you to your next function looking decent…

This place is over priced for the half assed job that they do. For some reason 2 people rotated in doing certain things for my nails. The main person who did my nails was rough to the point that two of my fingernails began to bleed from when she was used the machine to smooth my nail out. My finger is still sore 5 days later. On top of that she was rushing to get to the group who had just walked in the door. I got my nails done on Wednesday and by Friday the one coat of clear polish started to chip away and now the color is fading away too. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
