Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Valuesave your money and time. Last Saturday I went for manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately they only delivered poor customer service and very poor work quality. When technician was informed of regular manicure attitude and demeanor changed. She rushed to finish the work. All cuticles left, uneven nails length and messy polish finishing. Thus the material used were of poor quality it did not look good at all and started to peel off after a day. On top the owner did not want to take accountability for the employee bad performance and to mends things up. He was dismissive and made me wait long to redo the polish ; with the same technician. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could give this place zero stars I would!! Absolutely the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had!! I went to take off my acrylics and get a gel manicure. The lady clearly had no experience with acrylics because she literally ripped off the acrylic along with my natural nail bed and proceeded to tell me that “this is how you take them off”. Immediately walked out before she could ruin any more of my nails. Definitely do not recommend this place especially for acrylics. If I could give this place zero stars I would!! Absolutely the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had!! I went to take off my acrylics and get a gel manicure. The lady clearly had no experience with acrylics because she literally ripped off the acrylic along with my natural nail bed and proceeded to tell me that “this is how you take them off”. The repair was sloppy and way too thick…but I didn’t stress it. However, the gel polish started peeling…two days later. That has ever happened to me. NEVER! When I went to ask to have it fixed I was told to come back on Tuesday…I get it was late. I also get it was Sunday. But how do you let someone walk out looking like a scrub because of a job at your salon? Anyway, I didn’t go back. I found an amazing place and tech somewhere else. You know what they say about first impressions.
