Critical: QualityWent for a balyage and a trim and this is what i left with. The lady who did it was so sweet and great costumer service so i didnt say anything at the store. However, im so sad with how my hair turned out. Im actually embarrassed to go out in public and will be getting a consultation at another salon to see if its able to be fixed. My hair is now dead and dry all the way to my roots and i can still smell the bleach in my hair.Went for a balyage and a trim and this is what i left with. I went in for a haircut with Maria and this is what I left with. Definitely disappointed and will not be back. I let my hair grow out to get what I thought would be a good haircut so this is extremely disappointing. It’s so blunt and thick at the ends… and obviously very uneven. Haircut

Do not buy any products no refunds stylist came on here responded justified their no return policy said they’re small business can’t afford refunds then proceed to lie saying posted up front nor on my receipt.
