My husband went for a hair-cut and told the barber a 1 on the sides and back, with finger length trim on the top, with the sides and back faded into the top. The barber literally took clippers and began to shave his hair off with a 1 from the top of his forehead and continued around his entire head giving him a complete shaved head. My husband also keeps his mustache longe intentionally and only trims his beard/mustache himself, but the barber began to trip his mustache without asking. Unsure if the barber did not hear his request, did not know how to do what he asked for, or did not care, but either way it was not at all what my husband asked for, and it is upsetting that he had to endure that. Honestly unprofessional, and will not be returning.
