This place doesn’t even deserve a star. The owner Andrew Flint is beyond RUDE and disrespectful. He thinks just because he owns the salon he can treat his tenants any kind of way. While I was in the salon waiting to be serviced by one of his former tenants. Andrew comes in the suite doesn’t speak proceeds to take the chandelier down and leaves. Who leaves their tenants and clients in the dark. I was in total shock. It’s unbelievable!!!! This is Not the way you do business sir. My brief interaction with him yesterday was extremely disheartening. I WILL never EVER step foot in this salon again.

Andrew Flint, the owner of Hive, is the most disrespectful and unprofessional “landlord” I have ever come across in my 8 years of being a licensed nail tech. My lease ended yesterday because I refused to keep my door closed, he came and took my chandelier down while I was working on a client leaving us in the dark. Today I met him to pick up my paperwork and deposit and it was short. He advised me to follow him to the ATM and so I did. When we got there he drove off without giving me the remaining balance owed. I called, emailed no response. He waited until I drove off to email me back stating that he “waited” for me and watched me drive off. THE WORST LANDLORD. RUNN!!
