Poor experience over the course of about a year. Stylist ALWAYS running behind or showing up late with coffee in their hand. After getting my hair done for several hours, often times I’d have to go back in within a few days because they missed some spots.I was DONE when I had a scheduled appointment for over 6 weeks and my stylist cancelled at midnight the morning before my appointment. It would have been fine except the stylist made no attempt to reschedule or reach out to get me back in. Obviously, they didn’t care to keep me as a client. I’m disappointed because I reached out to the business on the Facebook page, with no response, not even from the owner. Very unprofessional.

It’s hard to get an appointment. When you call to make an appointment, you are given a list of stylists and their phone numbers. Unless you already have a stylist, you have to just choose someone. If you leave a general message, your call may or may not be returned.
