Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went there to get my hair washed and straightened. After the hairdresser started to wash my hair I noticed she wasn’t scrubbing the scalp, when asked to do so she said she doesn’t do that. To add insult to injury I was told that she cannot do my hair after she started washing it. Her reason was that my hair is going to take too long. She claims she thought my hair was normal. I went there to get my hair washed and straightened. After the hairdresser started to wash my hair I noticed she wasn’t scrubbing the scalp, when asked to do so she said she doesn’t do that.
