If you value you hair do not go here. I saw all the great reviews for this salon and decided to give it a try. My hair was very long, I wanted to get rid of the dead ends, add some long layers, and frame my face. I showed the stylist a picture of what I was looking for and she said that she would give me curtain bangs and then angle my layers towards my face and cut long layers in the back. I was so upset when I finally got home and was able to closely look at my hair I literally cried. My “curtain bangs” basically go around my whole head almost like a mullet or bowl cut. I have two lengths short (bang length) and long bottom portion of my hair. The stylist I had was supposed to be at an elite level and charges more for their services. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. As nice as everyone was they do not know what they’re doing. I am going to see if I can have this disaster possibly fixed at another salon.

Stephine is absolutely amazing! She does a fantastic job and I couldn’t ask for a better hair stylist. I love my hair!! She is super sweet and love having conversations with her. The staff at His and Hers are amazing as well. From the time you walk in the door you are greeted and cared for like family. This salon is outstanding on customer service and I want to thank you for my wonderful experience there at His and Her salon.

Taylor C. did just an amazing job with my hair cut, conditioning treatment and blow dry that I left in happy tears. Since having my babies my hair is completely different from my younger years. It’s very thick 1/3 straight and healthy, the rest is frizzy, kinky, textured, dry etc. I’ve seen many stylists over the last few years to try to tackle the combination texture and hands down this was the best service and result I’ve had out of any I’ve tried. My cut was great and precise and the blow dry she did seemed straightforward but worked magic. Thank you, Taylor for giving this tired mom some of her confidence back!

Impressive from the minute I walked into the salon! I had a warm greeting a salon tour and offered a beverage! The stylist was put together very professional and fun. Taylor explained all the products she was using and even made a suggestion on how to use the product better. My whole experience felt organic and comfortable not too mention a GREAT cut and style.

I would never ever recommend going to this hair salon I am so disappointed. Both my daughter and me went recently to get our hair done and when we went for consultations there were so many things that were not verbalized to us had we had known the situation‘s we would not have continued to get our hair colored. When I called the owner just now she is saying because we waited to call a couple weeks to see if maybe it would end up toning out and calming down from the bright red that we did not ask for in our hair and it did not. Heather continued to over speak me would not listen to me and was extremely rude and did not want to do anything to serve us or make it right. I have never in all of my years in getting my hair done been to a place where someone did not care for the customer. Heather the owner was more worried about being right and what she said it should have been then treating the customer with respect and trying to fix a problem that they messed up on. If I have ever had a color in the past not go well people have always said come back in or took responsibilities for their actions and made it right. I am so disappointed in the salon and I would never recommend it to anyone and now we are left with severely over colored hair that looks horrible and invested tons of money. The owner Heather kept saying that we signed a document and that’s fine but the sad thing is if someone does not vocalize what they plan to do to your hair there is a big miscommunication happening at the salon and if I were you I would not use their services. Also we found out that the girl that did our hair had literally just started coloring peoples hair and she hadn’t been doing this for very long so I think a great learning lesson in the situation is make sure you do not release people to do peoples hair colors if they have not properly been trained . Sadly now I have to go to different levels from what has happened in the way I have been treated

Wonderful experience! Everyone was extremely friendly! Abigail was phenomenal! She was kind, personable and did a great job with both my cut and color! She also seemed to know that perfect balance between making conversation but also allowing me to have some downtime. She made very helpful/mindful product suggestions. I never felt like she was trying to upsell me (maybe she was, but I never knew it lol). I haven’t been to this salon in well over 10 years, and I was very impressed with the changes. This was a very pleasant experience!!
