If you are a guy probably this place is not meant for you. They are not ready to give any appointments not for the weekdays and not even the weekend. Since i work from 10-6 i asked for an appointment before or after that time but the reply was a clear “no” which i can understand since the timings are odd. But even for Saturdays and Sundays they just say “no, we are all booked”. I enquired if they are booked for all Saturday’s to which they didn’t even give a reply. Don’t fall for the past reviews, the above mentioned is my recent experience, go at your own risk. Disappointed in them.

I came in as a walk in. And was told they were booked for the day so I planned to come back tomorrow. I had just into my car and was pulling away when one of the stylists ran over to my car and said they had a stylist available and to come back in. I quickly parked and went back inside happy I wouldn’t have to try coming back another day. I was greeted and seated by Delia. She asked some simple questions about what I do with it and how I wanted my hair cut. Before I could actually say what I really wanted(I have trouble articulating what I want some times) she said it and knew exactly what I needed and wanted all rolled into one! After a nice wash and condition it was back into her chair while she worked quickly to shape and trim my unruly hair. She was great to talk to and her experience shows through her work. I will be coming back when I need my next chop!

Great place for hair and nails. Been going to Aurora for many years for my unruly naturally curly hair and Linh does a great mani-pedi. Debra does a great Brazilian Blowout and is always up on the latest hair options :-). I’ve never seen an unhappy customer and most seem to be happy longterm clients.
