I went in for a color cut style and had an appointment. The stylist I was booked with never showed she was doing someone else a favor and after waiting an hour I left. I was also 15 mins early so that I could have a proper consultation. To me customer service is very important Also nobody greeted me after waiting for 5 mins.

I wish I could, in good conscience, give this place ZERO STARS. Then it would be easier to get an appointment time whenever I wanted!! But I cant do that. Rachel is AMAZING!
