Great experience. Got a hair cut that I liked for a good price. The staff were also very nice. I wish they took debit/credit cards but that wasn’t a huge issue. I also like that it is right across the street from WSU so I (a student) don’t need to go far at all to get a haircut.

Nice people and atmosphere, however the haircut I received was brutal. I clearly asked for one side of my bangs to be short and gradually get longer on the other side, however the lady literally cut my bangs straight like a bowl cut. To top it off she cut off way more hair then I asked which left me with almost no bangs. I was warned by other students at WSU to not go to His & Hers but did not listen so now I have to wait at least a month for my hair to look normal again.

I’ve gone here most of the time I need a haircut since I was in college (if I’m in town. The prices are at the lower end for the area, the staff are friendly, and I can usually get in without an appointment. A couple of times they clearly had the time, but just didn’t feel like it and I was sent to cost cutters…but that’s only happened twice in all the years…
