Critical: ProfessionalismI give the haircut 5 stars. The salon is very nice and clean and most of the staff seemed very polite. The gentleman who was assigned to me (owner’s husband) told me that he wasn’t going to wear a mask nor had he been vaccinated and went on a rant about how Covid-19 was a hoax. Everyone else in the salon was wearing a mask and I told him had I known masking was an issue, I wouldn’t have made an appointment, wasted my time waiting, and was going to leave. He finally offered to go put a mask on. He went on a rant about Covid and I changed the topic to dogs and he went on a rant about how vet’s were a rip-off, so I got him to talk about his dogs specifically. I love my haircut, but I don’t think that I will risk dealing with another round of his opinion and having to constantly redirect his conversation.Service: HaircutI give the haircut 5 stars. I give the haircut 5 stars. The salon is very nice and clean and most of the staff seemed very polite. The gentleman who was assigned to me (owner’s husband) told me that he wasn’t going to wear a mask nor had he been vaccinated and went on a rant about how Covid-19 was a hoax.
