They were ruff on my nails. I gave them a reference photo to work off of but they totally looked over it and didn’t really do what I showed them to do. And left paint all over my hands and on my stepmothers toes from her pedicure. The nails aren’t shaped right and when looking at the sides they are lifting off my nail. They did a decent job on the nail art and trying to fix the shape of the nail and the pedicure I got was decent but the over all experience was not it. The shop also forgot to give my stepmothers card back to her

Charged twice. I showed her where I was charged and she insisted I was not and embarrassed me like I was trying to get out of paying because their machine wasn’t working right. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I work in customer service and I understand issues with technology, the way this lady handled it was all the way WRONG! She yelled at me in front of entire salon and wrote down my cc info to keep and ran it twice. Sad because I’ve been going there for years. The old employees knew me by name and never would have been so rude. I will drive further to follow them now!

This was my first time here and I also brought my 4 yr old daughter for a girls day to get our nails done. They were fantastic & very nice to my daughter & I. The staff are very friendly & they do a great job. I love my nails, he did get great job & did exactly what I wanted. My daughter wanted flowers on her nails and they did a great job with her nails as well. She was sooo happy! They even had specific chairs for kids and she thought that was so cool & LOVED it. My daughter & I will definitely be going back here, and I will also be recommending this place to family & friends. Thank you His & Her Nail Spa for the great service, being so friendly and be amazing with my daughter!

First time getting a mani & pedi here. It was wonderful. I had the deluxe spa pedi and let me just say, the woman who took care of feet had her work cut out for her. It was my first pedicure since COVID-19 hit, and my feet needed the extra attention she gave them! As for my manicure, after having spent so much time at my house and pinning tons of ideas for my nails, the gentleman who did my manicure was fabulous! I showed him a picture of what I wanted, and he ran with it to create something little more unique! Very happy with how they look!

The first picture is what I wanted and they said it would be $65. The all black picture is the finishing result and somehow it come to only $10 less, $55. It was all bad from the beginning when they started with a pink acrylic and the base of the nails I wanted were tan. After the acrylic was done they dipped my nail in a matte black powder then just tried sprinkling a few gold sprinkles on my nail. I told them I wanted it exactly like the picture and asked if they could just use a gold and matte black polish to achieve my goal. Then they said what they did was cuter than the photo and told me to ask my friends opinion. She agreed with me so the lady went ahead and tried to make the black darker with the powder she already tried using but didn’t appeal to me. After that the glitter sprinkles started to look all chunky on my nails. Once again I told her that is not what I want and tried to explain using black and gold polish to do what I wanted. I asked if she understood and she said yes then started painting all my nails solid black. For the last time I said that is not what I wanted that I wanted it exactly like the photo and she just looked at me with a blank face. I gave up and said continue the solid black. I want to leave asap.

Hands down, BEST salon I’ve been to EVER!! This was my first visit here after a referral from a friend and now I won’t be going anywhere else but His & Her Nails Spa! The staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere with great music! I didn’t catch the name of the girl who did my pedicure but she did an outstanding job and was so helpful! “T” I believe was my mani nail tech, a true an exceptional artist. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and the end result was even better than the photo! He also took time to explain to me about my nailbeds and how to take care of my nails afterwards! I’ve NEVER had anyone do that before! His & Her Nails Spa definitely gained yet another loyal customer today! Thank you all for your hospitality and dedication to do amazing work!

This place was not hard to find. However, I didn’t really like the experience I had there. The nail tech was nice, but they didn’t listen to the shape I wanted. Also, I asked for three different colors for my nails. While I do not mind paying the five extra dollars, it would be nice to know that a head of time instead of being told at the register. My biggest issue came about when my nails starting peeling the next day. It hadn’t even been 24 hours and the polish was coming off my nail and the coat under it was still wet polish. I’m going back to see if they’ll fix it and will update my review then.
