Great haircut! I walked by His & Hairz, and as I needed a haircut I walked in. Very clean, airy space, ladies haircut up the stairs. Very nice, polite, pleasant lady cut my hair, listening to what I wanted. I recommend this place to any lady that needs her hair done in a pleasant environment with polite, respectful personal. Thank you for a great haircut!

Whenever you go to this place it’s the same haircut for everyone. Asked for a two and got a one. Moral of the story is Ketchikan doesn’t care about haircuts. The barbers could care less too.

The gentleman who cut my son’s hair was extremely rude and cussed at my son because he wasn’t wearing the right shirt for a haircut! He traveled in from out of town and it was a last minute decision to cut his hair. My son is a well mannered young man was uncertain what to do. I was waiting in the truck because I didn’t have a mask. We will not be returning. Also it was not Bob.

My husband and son just got a hair cut there. They always looks good, unfortunately I was not there when my daughter got her hair cut. When I saw her, her hair and bangs were completely uneven. She did a dry hair cut and liked like she just plowed right through it. I hope my husband didn’t leave a tip.

I’ve been a patron of His & Hairz since they opened (after Elmo’s closed). I don’t get my hair cut very often anymore, but these people will be the ones I come back to. They do a good job for a fair price, and the hairstylists are friendly and competent.

I got a hair cut the other day and I wanted a certain cut, as I showed the lady what kind of cut and all she did was take a quick glimpse and started wetting my hair as she started to cut I asked for the sides to be short and the top can be long so I can put it up she told me I can’t have both so I started to get nervous because that’s what my cut was suppose to be. She was rude a little bit told me my hair wasn’t good enough for donations. And while she was moving my head to cut my hair she would get mad at me for her not knowing where else she wants me to put it. At the end of it she started to get real nice and it just felt like she was just trying to get a tip out of me, long story short she cut my hair the way she wanted and messed up
