I do not recommend them. Daughter went in to get a perm and they had her sign a waver because her hair was colored 2 months ago and not responsible if her hair gets ruined. That’s fine and I agree with that. She got her perm and it turned flat not a curl from the perm. She didn’t wash her hair as required. She ringed it and still no curls. We called them up and they said they would fix it for another $80. Why in the HELL would I pay them another $80 it should be free!!!

Bought my wife a pedicure, she had a VERY disappointing experience! My wife reports: Staff polite but lacked experience/thoroughness, salon not ‘set up’ for doing pedicures, chair she sat on was small and uncomfortable, no dryers for her nails once done. While the staff was friendly, my haircut consultation was done while my hair was plopped wet on top of my head. I described my thoughts but said I was open to suggestions (as I was cutting a substantial amount of length). My request was that the length stay around my shoulder blades. That was the end of the consultation and she began to cut. I left with my hair cut above the top of my shoulders and not even (I did mention that it seemed crooked but I was afraid to have more cut). The stylist could have had an opportunity to sell additional services as I had mentioned all the past color and that I was needing a change and open to suggestions (not one suggestion was given).

Scheduling service is infuriating. Appts not cancelled after calling to cancelwas told you “missed your appt”. Rescheduled said appt when the last one was cancelled but told a week later that you don’t have an appt and the appt was booked by someone else. Called AGAIN to try to make another appt and was offered an 11:30 only to be booked for a 12:30. Total confusion leading to lack of needed services. What a mess!!! Will finish my package and find somewhere else.

They are a wonderful company that works well if you are running late or having to reschedule. Missy who I worked with today was so sweet and so willing to help me fix the covid haircut that I had, and it turned out amazing. So if you ever get a chance to go here jave Missy do your hair. Wonderful place and will keep going back there for my hair
