Critical: QualityTook me a couple days to write this review I hate leaving bad reviews but went on Tuesday afternoon. I understand when a business is busy but at the time of me about to leave after waiting for over 1 hour and a half. I was told not to leave they would finish. They sat me down in a chair they started my nails in the middle of my nails they send me over to get my pedicure not even finishing my nails. I was okay with that… I am sitting waiting for my feet another 35 minutes. Once I finally get my nails done they were all rushed as you can see the French tip doesn’t even cover the line. My thumb is slanted. The work was rushed. You don’t pay for a service for then to leave upset on the verge of crying because you feel like you just gifted away money for a poor service. Won’t come here again for my nail services. Took me a couple days to write this review I hate leaving bad reviews but went on Tuesday afternoon. I understand when a business is busy but at the time of me about to leave after waiting for over 1 hour and a half. I was told not to leave they would finish. They sat me down in a chair they started my nails in the middle of my nails they send me over to get my pedicure not even finishing my nails. Critical: QualityI had an horrible experience. Judy did a Poor JOB! on my eyes lashes and nails. Judy( Tech) did a horrible Job uneven eyelashes. This is a Disgrace. Then she left my eye lashes burning! I asked her as she was polishing my nails to put the Fan or heat on them, (Tech Judy responded it’s BROKEN). The tech Judy polish over the color with Clear polish and they were not dried. I waited 1 hour at the pedicure station. Spoke with receptionist her responded as if she had no Idea how I got there. (Tech ANYONE NEEDS A PEDICURE). Waited another 1’hour to get my nails done. This was my Second time. First time was good they took there time. This time was my third time! Nothing like the 1st time. Finding out that The husband did my pedicure and the Wife (Judy) did my Nails, and Lashes. Judy did an Ridiculous Job on my Nails and Lashes.I had an horrible experience. I had an horrible experience. Judy did a Poor JOB! on my eyes lashes and nails. Judy( Tech) did a horrible Job uneven eyelashes. This is a Disgrace. Then she left my eye lashes burning!
