So rude and the man did a terrible job on my nails. The were filed uneven and painted the gel over my cuticle. I can’t stand looking at them. I usually love my nails after but I am super irritated and wasted my time. Also, they barely clean the pedicure tools. They rinsed the pedi tools in the my dirty foot water and put them back.

I will not be going back. The lady who worked on my nails wasn’t very friendly. She asked me how I wanted my nails filed. I said moon shaped. She said I don’t know what you’re talking about. I said the same shape they’re in. She said you no want your nails filed. Instead of trying to understand what I wanted, she appeared irritated. A couple days later I took a shower and my nail polish came off. Not again will I go there.

I told one of the ladies that My nails weren’t straight. Instead of fixing it, she didn’t even try and I walked out of the salon with my nails looking horrible. They only care about the money, I would not recommend this place

They are professional, they are technically proficient, and they will not stack customers for a profit, which is my favorite part. I have my nails done every 2 weeks. I came here 3 separate occasions trying to give the place the benefit of doubt. Each time i end up with too thin of acrylic and it breaks after just a few hours. None of my nails ever have the same shape. The speed used for the electric file is too fast and they grind away too much of my real nail and continuously hit my skin around my nails. Each time its been a different person to do my nails and they all have the same problem. Not to mention they over charge. $25 for a fill with regular acrylic and just a clear top coat no color. You would think they would do a better job if they are going to charge that much.

I get my nails done very often and have never had a bad experience until I came here. My finger was cut open down the whole side of my finger. I explicitly stated 3 times I wanted my nails pointed (in an almond shape) and only 4/10 of my nails ended up in that shape. The rest were rounded and grinded off to stubs. I went back to have them fixed, and I was told that they were pointed and that all my nails looked the same, when my pointer fingers and thumb fingers looked nothing alike. Very disappointed that I had to pay $13 and tipped anyways for these nails. I went to another salon and they told me they were afraid to fix them because of how badly the lady cut my hand. I will have to wait weeks to get these nails fixed.

Never go there again .Went there because my normal nail salon was closed. Had a huge debate about the product I was going to use These are my real nails with overlay So the girl that was taking my old gel polish off kept going over and over really slow and it was burning my nails Then the owner came along and did them but they were way too thin and used super glue under my nails Not sure as to why my nails were so thin half of them broke off and noticed nicks around several of my fingers where they apparently nicked my finger while doing my nails For the money I spent never again

Made appointments for pedicures for my husband and myself, both for the same time, 1:30. They started him on time. My husband was completely done before they started on me, at about 2:15.
