I’ve been having my hair cut by “the Hip Barber” for a number of years and always feel great walking out the door after each visit. She takes her time to listen and then patiently works through each stage in cutting, trimming, shaving, etc. I’ve always been impressed that she masters a strong ability to deliver satisfaction to customers with a wide range in styles. And once one becomes a “regular,” her sense of recall on preferences is also very satisfying. Highly recommended!

I will never attempt to go back there based on the fact that I walk in, they ask what they can help me with and I say a haircut. The barber in the back looks at me, then says “no”. The receptionist then hands me a business card saying I can call in the future and make an appointment. I don’t need a haircut in the future, that’s why I came in. Needless to say she wasn’t busy nor could the receptionist just take me down then for one. Good thing she turned me down that lead me to shear magic downtown Johnstown with more than enough awesome barber’s with the best cuts in town hands down. I’m in the military and needed a place I can count on every two weeks and Shear Magic is the Place!!! That is the only thing good I can say about hip barber, Thanks!
