I’m so disappointed by the service I just received and will never return to this location. I previously did my lashes here 3 weeks ago and when I returned there was a different lady there. She first accused me of not coming to that salon as if I was confused and also told me my lashes do not look as if they were done there. I was a new customer, could’ve been a repeat customer and also very loyal but they way I was downgraded and embarrassed I will never return. Please avoid this salon!

I’ve been going here for years and I’ve never had a problem but last month April.20,2022 to be exact I did my eyebrows and the lady was on the phone I think her name is Aby she had her head tilted so she messed up my right eyebrow I told her and she got mad and told me my eyebrow looks fine… I’ll add a picture for you to see how uneven they were then I come back today a month and one day later to get a cleaning and they don’t even acknowledge me she gave me an attitude when I asked a simple question and kept taking other people who came in after me she said “ she’s waiting for the other lady” so I didn’t say anything I just waited and when suchi came back I tried to ask how long and they just talked over me and started talking in their native language no respect to customers I asked her again how long and she took another customer who came in after and told me to wait 10 more minutes when I’ve been waiting for almost 40 minutes why are you taking people who came in after me? I’m never coming back here again i liked this place because it’s close to home but I would rather spend more money going to another place than to be treated like that, so if you care about how you’ll look and how you’re treated I advise you to find another place to do your eyebrows.

The worst experience ever!!!!!! They are so rude. They didn’t even did my eyebrows properly.They cut my skin while threading….. They did two eyebrows differently when i asked to do same the old lady get mad at me. They doing it without any experience!!!

Cindy did my NexGen nails and they came out flawless, as always. Aby did my brow threading and suggested tinting, which I’ve never done. Came out awesome. Salon is very clean and I saw them disinfecting. I’ll definitely be going back

I absolutely love this place! They are so welcoming and clean. My go to is Abby she is amazing! I have been going to Abby for years and would not change her for the world. I have brought my friends and they have been really happy with their results as well. All of their services are really great from threading to facials. I would definitely recommend this place and Abby.

I really tried to give this place a chance but after going here for a while I noticed they weren’t very good. I originally went here b/c of all the good reviews but most of the time when I would get my eyebrows done they would come out uneven. Also, the one and only time I decided to get a manicure here the lady doing my nails wanted me to pay up front and tip her upfront when she hadn’t even painted my nails or anything. I felt singled out. No one else was treated this way and who pays for services that hasn’t been done/finished? Not a good place to go to at all!
