It’s clean and a relaxed environment. Overall I had a pretty good experience and outcome, but honestly it could have been better. I had dyed brown hair with light blonde/grey regrowth and wanted black/bright red balayage. Yes my hair looked way better leaving than what it did coming in, however the balayage was uneven from front to back and from the right to the left sides. The red was noticeably brighter in the back than in the front- even my boyfriend noticed (who doesn’t usually notice little things about my appearance). There wasn’t enough red in the front in my bangs either. I’ve since went over it with bleach in certain areas and more red dye. For the price (just over $400 including the tip) I shouldn’t have to touch it. It should be outstanding work. I hesitated on writing a review because the owner did do a good job over all and was really nice, but I feel I’m being reasonable with my complaints.
