We love this place! My husband and I have been visiting Hilltop Chiropractic & Massage for about 7 years now. We have been treated off and on for a variety of back and hip issues through the years by Dr. Patzer. Every massage I’ve ever had at this establishment has been excellent. The best thing though? The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and cozy. I have rarely had to wait more than a few minutes, with or without an appointment. And, we have never had to sign up for an extended, expensive “program” of treatment for our issues that flare up from time to time. I have been to numerous Chiropractors and massage therapists in the past. This is the best overall experience. And Dr. Patzer’s wife Joy who runs the office is a delight.

Will not recomend. Overrated. The massage person is not well trained or does not have the skills.

Upon visiting this office I was initially pleased with the Chiropractor Dr.P. With this being said my experience with Joye was awful. I have never dealt with such bad customer service or the absolute rudeness I got from her. I was in 2 vehicle accidents around the holidays 3 weeks apart. I can to Hilltop becuase it was close to my job and I could go to my appointments during lunch. This was a huge mistake. Although this was discussed they sent out the incorrect billing the the 2 diffrent insurance companies at fault which cause issues with my claims for injury and delayed everything. I called everyday for a week and no one could help me and I was told Joye would call me when she returned to the office the following week. When I finally received that call back I was completely disrespected and there was no acknowledgment on Hilltops behalf of their mistake. I then chose to email to communicate. After emailed 3 times I finally received a response 10 days after my 3rd email. Will NEVER use their services again.

There is no option to put 0 star unfortunately. This place is a disaster. I agree with other reviews (I should have checked them before even calling for a massage). Jessica, at the front desk, would not give me her full name of course nor the name of the therapist. This girl has ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE about what customer service means and dare telling me I disrespected the therapist by kindly sharing my customer deplorable experience. My impression as an MT, I got a male therapist, probably a student, named “Rod”. I was never asked over the phone if I was ok with that and I requested a reflexologist since they advertise reflexology. Well, he clearly was not a reflexologist and yet Jessica who claims it is a professional establishment “doesn’t know” the difference. Well played young lady. Life needs to teach you more lessons in life. Do not bother going to this place, absolutely not worth a dime.

I don’t understand the one stars of the other reviews. My two autistic sons have been treated here successfuly. My highly competitive, karate injury ridden daughter found relief. I myself had trouble holding a pen and working around hydraulic engines a few months ago. The regular doctors had wrote the pain off as arthritis and prescribed pain killers. Now? I’m medication free and fully functional. The staff has been friendly and with my ocean going, on again, off again work schedule that would have been enough to drive anyone insane….but not them. I’m grateful to have them a part of my buay, large family’s medical team.

I applied for a job here. The lady (Joye) who asked me to call in and set up a interview is very very unprofessional. She was rude from the time she came to the phone, and hung up on me. I would NEVER want to work for a office who’s “office manager” is a unprofessional, rude, and just down right nasty person! If your going to take a job in customer service, learn how to talk to people and treat them with respect. The owner or Dr of the practice needs to do some serious re-hiring! I’m so glad I turned down the job!

I first came to Dr. Patzer several years ago with excruciating pain in my neck. Being a web developer, I sit at a desk all day and it takes a massive toll on my body.
