this was my first visit to hillside. From start to finish, it was professional, courteous, and compassionate. I was taken in and processed quickly. The medical assistant was a delight as she took the initial history and vitals. I was quickly seen by the provider, Ashley Hoffman, who proved herself to be extremely knowledgeable, thorough and articulate. I would recommend this dermatology practice to anyone, for a health care experience far more favorable than most other practices in the Pioneer Valley I have visited

I called Monday and got an appointment Tuesday morning. Met with Jessica MacWilliams. When she walked in she showed my daughter the instrument she had in her hands and let her play around a little getting her involved with the visit. She was so kind and very knowledgeable regarding all issues we came in with. She gave thorough answers to any questions we had. The office space was clean and organized and everyone was very nice.

Staff was awesome. Was able to get an appointment extremely quickly. The appointment was on time, I never felt rushed and was pleased with the outcome. Jess is truly one of the best! I have not seen her in a couple years and she remembered everything. The front desk was extremely busy, but handled everything with calmness and smiles. First time coming here. Visited Hoffman and man oh man she’s so sweet, educated, and attentive! Dr Lenzy who ? Wish I did my research and knew about this place sooner. Staff was very friendly, from booking an appt to checking in! Went in for my concerns on acne scars and Hoffman was so hands on. She listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. Wish I met Hoffman sooner! But now I know I’m in good hands.
