Decided to attempt to patronize a black business. Let me tell you NEVER AGAIN! No que system. I was there before this guy and they let him cut in front of me because he was his friend. Was waiting there for 3 hours because they’re taking on more clients then they can accommodate. I have 3 degrees in business administration (associates,bachelor’s, masters) the owner clearly doesn’t know how to properly run a business. So glad I left and didn’t spend my money here

I had a very bad experience at Hills n Park. When I sat in the chair, I tried showing the barber a picture of the style I wanted. He immediately started complaining that I am wasting his time and costing him money. He did not follow directions. When I tried showing him the picture again, he accuses me of starting trouble with him and says he has been cutting hair since he was 14. A customer came in asking how long till she is seen, he tells her I’m causing trouble. He was disrespecting me and bad mouthing me to another customer while I was sitting in his chair. I didn’t want to argue any longer and I had to get ready for work, so I left very dissatisfied with his lack of following directions and with my botched up haircut. He still asked that I am full price. He did not attempt to make it right. I paid him in full, but Hills-N-Park will never get my business, nor my positive recommendations

Went there, waited a long time as these men did my sons hair for his senior pictures which were happening in a few minutes. Keep in mind my son has an entire face of facial hair, beard and mustache. For some reason, the barber takes it upon himself to shave off my sons mustache , leaving him with a triangle of hair right under his nose. My son looked like Adolfo hitler and I could tell he hated it. He came to this establishment and entrusted himself to them and they ruined an important moment of his adolescence and his day. Never again

Very nice atmosphere…clean and very comfortable…seats are separated by glass and they follow covid rules if anyone is concerned with that…been going there for years barbers are top notch don’t expect to go in to get a quick cut…they take their time to make sure your hair is done right and thats always a good thing
