This is the barber shop experience I’d been searching for but was afraid no longer existed. Professional, personalized, detail oriented, clean-cut, fun, and a dang good haircut. Chandler is a pleasure to chat with and understands how to provide excellent customer service. He didn’t rush any bit of my haircut, listened to every request I had, checked in with me along the way, took care to not let cut hair fall down the back of my shirt, and ended the cut with a complimentary hair wash and dry. Easily the best barber in Bentonville!

I assumed that a certain problem was caused by an employee when in actuality it was a mere technical issue. Switching my review from one star to five, despite not having had the actual barber service done. Attentive customer service is a precious thing and can be witnessed at every step of the mutual exchange. If they can quickly catch a small problem and appropriately apply a solution without an ego trip, then I am safely led to assume the character of these people is that of a professional mindset. Without having had experienced the full service myself, this brief and candid exposure has shown me more than enough to qualify for five stars.

I went for my first time yesterday Chandler is amazing he is a master at his art I had a total makeover done my hair what was to my shoulders I had a full beard that was approximately 6 in Long and extremely full and thick I told Chandler I did not know exactly what I wanted just do what you think will make me look the best he took approximately 2 hours because he takes his time and he is very precise the results were breathtaking I look like a totally different man I am extremely extremely happy with the haircut the beard trim and shape and the compliments I have gotten are unbelievable I highly highly recommend Chandler and Hills Barbering Company excellent precise work very reasonable pricing guaranteed you will not be disappointed
