My wife recently got her hair done by Hannah , and she was getting a trim and her roots touched up. When she was finished, her hair looked exactly the same way. It doesn’t even look like she got her roots touched up at all. You can still see where the old highlights were and her roots are still very dark. I highly recommend not going to Hannah and getting a color. I would suggest letting tereasa do your hair and not Hannah!

My name is Pam. I took my daughter for highlights and told Theresa that my daughter had a Brazilian blow out about 4 yrs ago and a straightener approximately a yr ago which she said was not a problem. She proceeded to color my daughters hair and placed the foil strips. While it was processing she styled two other clients hair over the span of about 40 minutes while only checking my daughters hair twice. My daughter started to scream “get it out” so we rushed over to find that the foil was hot. We took her to the sink and both of us rushed to take it out. It was so hot I almost couldn’t touch it. Once it was out my daughter saw the damage done to her hair and cried. Theresa went back to the client she was occupied with while my daughters hair was over processing. While she was styling my daughters hair she was pulling out clumps of hair and throwing it in the trash. She made the comment that “she’ll be okay, she’s got such thick hair”. And after all of this she still had the audacity to charge me full price to butcher my babies hair. She is 11ys old. This is simply unacceptable.

I’m very picky about who cuts my hair but when I went to her the very first time it was after my mom passed away..not only did she cut my hair she didn’t charge me . She didn’t know me from Adam, but she washed, cut and styled my hair like she has been doing it for years.
