Back again but had a dip manicure, eyebrow and lip wax this time. Everyone was super friendly and helpful just like last time. I’ve been growing my nails out but broke a nail a few weeks ago and the gentleman was able to put a tip on that nail so no one will ever know. The young woman helped me pick out the perfect colors again. The other woman also did a great job on my wax.

First time to visit this salon. This is a no frills salon – their focus is on customer service and customer satisfaction. I am very pleased with the my nails. Kim was quick/efficient. She didn’t cut me 1 time with the drill and none of my nails are crooked! This is the 4th salon I have tried since moving here from Boerne in 11/2021…needless to say – the others fell significantly short in the service/satisfaction arena. This family owned salon has been serving Bulverde residents for 17 years…I will definitely be back and I will recommend to others.

This review is a little late and I don’t typically do reviews. It’s been so hard to find a good nail salon around here. I’ve now gone twice and they’ve done a great job. I’m getting married in July so I’m also needing someone who can do a great job then. I tried out French dip my first time with them and I’m so happy! They lasted about a month and now my current is going on 3 weeks.

Hill Country Nails & Spa is convenient and easy to get to. No wonder they have been around a long time, their salon is peaceful, pretty, spacious and very clean. The staff is both calm and kind. I took my elderly Mom (80 yrs old) and they made her feel right at home. We chatted with two cheerful, sweet ladies as they gave us our pedicures. Mom enjoyed it so much that she made another appointment for her finger nails. She really looks spiffy and she’s made a commitment to go back every month for regular care. They have many other services available too, with reasonable pricing.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy first time here and I got a French manicure full set. Nails look OK, 3/5 is being generous, although very happy with the shape (By the way HAD to pay $5 for.) My whole manicure felt rushed, All of my nails have a bunch of air bubbles and two black spots on two different nails.The lady doing my nails answered the phone multiple times (loudly) scheduling appts.. not to mention it was SOO hot inside I was sweating!People like to go to salons to feel pampered and pretty, maybe even to get away for some ‘me time.’ Well you will not get that experience here, I’ll have to take my business elsewhere.My first time here and I got a French manicure full set. Extremely friendly and detail oriented! Kim has always been my go-to every time I have an ingrown nail and she makes it feel so much better. Lanny is quick and funny. Her sense of humor seemed straightforward, but I finally understood it. She does a great job on my nails.

Awful. Over priced. I payed $90 for a woman to paint my entire toe with polish, go back, and take 10 minutes to wipe off the excess. Once she claimed she was finished, I still had paint along the edges of my toes. Then went to get my nails done and a different woman basically begged me to get shellac ($15 more dollars). She did a good job modeling the photo I showed her, but continued to pluck off my barely existing cuticles and hang nails until I bled. Twice. After saying “Ow, ow, ow.”, She continued to pluck. Call and request Kim to do your nails, she’s great. Avoid *every one* else.

One of the best experiences ive had at a nail salon in the spring branch area. I had a full set of acrylics put on today and i can honestly say they look and feel great.Kim definitely out did herself!! They look like my actual nails and they are all cleaned up around the edges and under neither unlike every other time ive gotten them done somewhere else. I would definitely recommend Hill Country Nails & Spa

My nails came out great!! Absolutely loved them my only problem was my fault. That I messed them up as soon as I got home but hopefully they can fix them !?They were nice and friendly, I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. I would definitely go back!
