I’ve been coming to this nail salon for several years through a couple management changes and varying levels of quality. The new management and nail artists are wonderful! I came in and was greeted and seated immediately. I had Vicky and I told her the base color I wanted and asked her to do a design on a couple nails with whatever colors and designs she wanted. She did a wonderful job. Will definitely be coming as one of her regulars from now on.

Normally James or Kathy does my nails and they do a great job. This experience will cause me to never come back. I’m not going to say names but everyone other than James and Kathy has either done a mediocre or straight up bad job with my nails. This past time I was cut pretty bad for a photo. I get home five minutes later and wash my hands and there isn’t even gel topcoat on two of my nails. I don’t know what happened or if they were rushing but for the price I paid it’s not OK. The expectations have significantly went down.

I have come back to edit my post, as my experience today was absolutely horrible! Apparently the James (who actually could do nails, no longer works there). I came in asking for French dip nails with a flower on my ring ringer. I was very specific for the base color to NOT be “see through”. The tech was very kind and started working, I could see she was using a regular translucent pink powder but when I mentioned it to her she got upset and another lady came and started doing my nails. She started telling me I should have told her I needed nude pink as if it was my fault for not being clear enough. I was very specific. I repeated my words several times. Instead of fixing her mistake she just started adding tons of nude pink dip to the one hand that was already done. I left the salon, with one hand having 8 layers of dip and the other one having 4, uneven nails and no flower design. And the biggest shock, it’s the highest I have ever been charged for nails there. Save your money and don’t go here.

First when I walked in I have never been greeted by a person with such a draining demeanor like he had no spunk, I tell the man I wanted them clear with a design this is what I got. I told him to paint them because I didn’t like it cause you can see the left over powder under the top coats. He adds gel coat on top like it would make it disappear. I told him I could still see the powder he say because it’s clear but it wasn’t like that with the clear powder I took off.. he didn’t try to clean it up none just told me I didn’t have to pay and could leave. Should have just went to my normal place.. did not plan to use my whole day just to get my nails done

They were extremely nice and polite people, Le did my daughter’s nails and she absolutely loves them she is thirteen and she is very picky and he was very amazing and patient with her needs. I suggest everyone to visit this business because you will not be disappointed.!! EDIT- I can no longer recommend this salon. I’ve been coming here for 4 years. Management changed, again, and now my nails lasted 4 DAYS before 4 chipped. Now, 7 days later, I literally have 6 chipped and broken nails. I have NEVER had dip powder fail so quickly! Such a shame. Will be seeking a new salon. Dip powder
