Excellent customer service the manager went the extra mile to make sure my daughter and I were happy an pleased with the service my daughter absolutely loves her nails she’s all smiles.. the manager did an excellent job with styling her nails exactly how she wanted it done..the only downside is one of the diamonds (Bing) that was glued on her nails fell off her finger nails the very next day! Overall I highly recommend HighPark Nail Bar to anyone!

Had to edit my review. I really wanted to love this place because it’s beautiful and most of the people are very kind and good at what they do. Unfortunately I’ve had two gel manicures by the same tech and they both have lasted less than a week. Honestly it’s a long story of what happened but I made a plan with Johnny who said they would make it right after the second one. I scheduled an appointment like he told me to do. When I arrived I had to explain to a few people why I was there and that I had talked to Johnny. I was a little annoyed that 1. He didn’t tell them about me since I scheduled an appointment and told him when I was coming. 2. I told them on the phone when I scheduled an appointment that I was coming in the get my manicure fixed and had talked to Johnny. Then when I was checking out, he called to yell at me on the phone. I work in customer service and I really couldn’t believe that the owner would talk to someone like that. When I tried to talk to him, he continued to talk over me. I have friends that are loyal customers. If they trained some of their techs better and the owner had better customer service, I would have been too. Will not return or recommend.

The salon is beautiful! It has great atmosphere and everyone is so nice. However, my experience was not great. I made an appointment with Mimosa who did my daughters nails a week prior and Mimosa was so sweet and accommodating. I called a few hours before my appointment time and asked if my friend could come with me for a manicure. They warned me there would be a bit of a wait for her if she came with me but I said that was totally fine. When we showed up to my appointment time we waited about 20-30 mins, and then I was asked if it was okay if someone besides Mimosa did my nails. I was a bit hesitant, but I didn’t want to be difficult so I said that was fine. The gentlemen I had was very nice and I had a great pedicure, but things went downhill when it was time to do the dip polish on my hands. My biggest issue was he used his very overgrown thumb nail and pressed so hard under my nails…it hurt so bad and was SO unsanitary. I was very uncomfortable and said ouch a few times but he kept using his nail. I picked out the same color I used for my pedicure but he didn’t dip my nails enough time so the color looks nothing like my toes and is so light and thin you can see through it and see the nail. I was very unhappy about that but he seemed very rushed and I didn’t want him to have to re-do them..especially since my fingers were so sore.

I was greeted as soon as I entered. After checking in, Kevin was my nail technician and I love the fast & beautiful service. I added on a luxury pedicure at the last minute & had to wait in cold water a little bit but the quickly resolved it & I’ll definitely be returning!!

I love this place. I’ve been going since they opened. Kevin, the owner, is wonderful to customers and process wonderful service. I see Alynna and she is phenomenal. She always makes time for me and is the best. She’s my go-to for all things related to my nails. I won’t see anyone else. I see Nick for pedicures and he’s wonderful. Five stars for my favorite salon!

I had a pedicure with gel. Leigh (Lee) was awesome. She was so thorough and kind. We had pleasant conversation during my pedi. I truly felt pampered. Everyone there is kind from check in to check out. It has a nice clean environment and I will continue getting my pedicure’s here.
