Worst service I have ever received. I wanted my roots touched up. I still have an inch of roots and Pam Anderson blonde hair. When I asked for it to be toned down, I was screamed at and insulted. I do not scream at people. So, I politlely asked for my money back since I was not given satisfaction. The lady insulted me again. This was all in the same day, too. She did give me my money back. It’s a good thing, too, because now I have to pay to get this fixed! It’s not like I came back a week later and decided I didn’t like it. Overall… horrible hair, and even worse attitude. Under no circumstances should you ever go here. EVER!!!
