I booked an appointment and was so excited to get my hair done as I haven’t been able to do so in a few years. I arranged childcare and drove from my rural town to the salon. I arrived to my appointment a few minutes early and no one was there. Not a big deal. However, 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time it was a big deal. I tried calling and messaging and never received a reply. I wasted my time, gas, and money for childcare only to be ghosted. I am not sure when I will have the opportunity to try to get my hair done again, and it makes me sick that I wasted my one opportunity that I finally got on this sham of a salon.

Last night was my second time back to Sheri and I can not say enough how pleased I am! I have long hair and I’ve always been honey blonde. I had an extremely bad experience about eight years ago that wrecked my hair, so I am very very gun shy of having anyone color or cut my hair. In the last seven years I’ve not returned to anyone for a color. I gave up and just started doing it myself. (To say that I am picky would be an understatement.) Recently I have been going very gray & needing to color the roots every two weeks. I decided to find someone to do a color correction to just allow my hair to go gray naturally. I went to Sheri for the first time 6 weeks ago and she was amazing. She talked me through every step of the process. She even took the time to do a few “test spots” in inconspicuous areas to see how my hair would lighten. It was a long appointment and worth EVERY second! My hair went from golden and brassy to light ash and cool blonde. It was fabulous! She wanted me to come back again to blend the colors more (It would have been too much processing for my hair to do it all in one appointment), and I went back last night. All I can say is WOW. she nailed it! I have this very cool gray/blonde streak around my face and she matched it perfectly. I am heading to Australia for four months and I won’t have to color again until I get back! YAY!! Not only is the color incredible, but she also cut it perfectly. (It is not easy to find someone who can actually cut long hair). I am absolutely thrilled and will continue to go back to Sheri for my cuts and color. Thank you Sheri for working magic with my hair!!

Sheri is a truly gifted stylist with natural talent an easy going “Come on in have a seat right here” disposition and a fantastic smile. Her salon is crisp and tuned for perfomance. Did I mention she is the top color specialist on the Palouse? Well she is. Let me tell you something she did that still to this day boggles my mind. Visiting friends one afternoon in Spokane a small party developed. It was summer time and we were outside mingling and our dogs were playin and the host and I were tinkering around with our cars. I noticed Sheri talking to a young gal.
