Critical: ProfessionalismHad a terrible experience! Went in with dark brown hair..wanted subtle highlights..instead I ended up with three different colors in my hair and orange roots due to the lady suggesting a bleach wash after she had highlighted my hair..had to fix it myself..she wouldnt even consider a partial refund after her mistake..$70 down the drain!!
