Got a bill for $103.00 for a 5 minutes video and 10 minutes of talking. I could understand $20 or $30 dollars. But $103 out of pocket for 10 minutes that could be done on the phone. I know Highlands got their bills. But I have my own bills to pay.

I am seeing PA Amber who is treating a lesion in a very hard to reach area on my ear. I have been to her twice at Highlands and am extremely pleased with the level of care she is giving me. She is conscientious and thorough. She takes her time and explains everything she is doing and why she is doing it. I am confident that when my treatments are over she will have resolved the issue completely. I did have to wait several months for my new patient appointment, but I found that it was worth the wait. I am treated with courtesy and kind consideration from Amber as well as the office staff and her nurse. And I believe I am getting first rate medical care. I would highly recommend Highlands Dermatology to all my family and friends.
