I went there for the first time. I have to say that when I first came in Highland Nail & Spa. I feel so welcomed. Smell so good in there. I felt so comfortable! They offered me a water to drink. They were very friendly and helpful. They did a wonderful job. I did not get anything for Valentines Day from my love and I was so sad but they did make my Valentines day that I wont ever forget. I love my nails so much!!!! I will definitely come back to that place with my friends and family. Thank you so much for everything you did.

Honestly kinda don’t want to post a review because more people might find this place and make it harder for me to get an appointment but honestly they’re so good. This is now my second time here and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve done dip powder, gel mani, and pedicure and each service has been so good. The attention to detail is amazing and I can’t even recommend just one nail artist because they’re all so talented and kind.

Beautiful establishment. Very kind employees and good customer service. But I wasn’t pleased with the pricing. Came in for almond shaped, curved black French tips and was charged a solid $80. Also, you can see white dots on my fingers from the nude dip powder not done properly. This doesn’t exactly seem to be worth 80 dollars if you ask me. Let’s break it down: $58 for SNS dip, plus $5 tips, plus $15 for BLACK curved French tips. Comes out to $78, and $2 extra for what? Was told there’s extra costs for it being black color and extra for the curves. I understand the curved French tips taking more effort but extra for the black as opposed to white tips? Totaling $17 extra just for the design? Personally, I felt a bit disappointed paying that much. I didn’t know that was the price or breakdown until they were almost finished and I asked too late. My fault for getting myself into that but overall good people just questionable pricing. All of this is just my opinion! No hate, no bad energy- just my thoughts on the pricing.

Tara was super awesome! I got the dip powder done on my natural nails and they came out SO good. They weren’t thick and clumpy like my last set (from a different nail salon). April is the BEST! I have not had a manicure that I have absolutely loved until I stumbled upon this salon while visiting Austin. Walk ins are welcomed, lots of options to choose from. I came in wanting gel, they recommended dip since I already had long nails. I came in a group of three and i was ignored in the beginning by staff. The guy doing my nails removed too much of my cuticle on my hand which I had to tell him to stop since it was hurting a lot. Everyone got a hand massage except for me in the end. They completely forgot about me. And onother nail tech offered the cuticle oil in the end since my main tech just walked away. Overall my nails came out cute.

I’m super picky when it comes to nails and they do a fantastic job. My SNS are always flawless. Very friendly and efficient staff. They always do my mani and pedi at the same time so I’m done faster which I am a huge fan of, although I do usually make an appointment so that probably helps with the efficiency part.
