10/10 I’ll be back to see Ball. I’ve been trying to find a new nail salon since I moved to the are and was disappointed with my first two choices. This is so close to my house so it’s convenient, so I decided to try. I was NOT disappointed! This is going to be my regular go to place. Speedy service, friendly staff, polite, clean, quick, and beautiful work.

I waited until after several visits to leave a review. I went to the same nail salon for years and loved them until recently. The service had gone downhill and I was ready for a change. Tried a few other salons and wasn’t satisfied. I finally found Highland Nails. Every visit and service has been consistent and amazing. Ball is the absolute best. For once, my dip actually lasts! I highly recommend!

I have been a monthly client since 2019 and always leaving between $10 to $15 of gratuity and never had a bad experience until the last three months. Always choose the Deluxe pedicure and gel in both toes and nails. They hired new employees recently and have a new lady now doing pedicures. After three pedicures with her, I really have to leave a review and I’m never going back again to Highland Nails. She don’t know how to remove cuticles, clean the nails or remove death skin like the other ones. I requested her to do it but doesn’t speak English. I spoke to the other lady and she told me she was not done but never cleaned the nails neither removed cuticles or death skin. I was expecting that after 3 months, they train her. Very poor pedicure. They also have a point system. I told the guy I received by email a 10% discount and after three years going monthly, he charged me more to apply the discount to ended up paying the same amount. Very dissapointed and I’m never going back again.
