The girl doing my nails was rude. I asked if I can see the red glitters so she brought the cart of nail samples over to where I was sitting grabbed a bunch of samples and threw then to me. I got startled and my purse fell to the floor my things were all over the floor. I stopped to pick everything up. They DO NOT have red glitter gel nail polish. The chrome is 17 extra. So no red. I had to pick gold. She wouldn’t do two colors so I wanted gold polish and gold glitter on top. But no.. the girl gave me gold glitter only. So it’s super translucent. Also going in I asked how much is full set. Initially they said 42. Later did mentioned it was 47. I asked what happened to the 42. They came over to me to let me know that I was getting long nails and coffin so therefore it’s 47.

Cut cuticles to low, still in pain and polish started chipping on 3rd day. She kept adding clear liquid to dilute polish to make sure she could cover all nails. Leg and hand/arm massage great.

I made an appointment and arrived before time they had time to call me and ask me to come later. I walked in they asked me to pick the color. I did. I had just told the lady I had an appointment at 11am, she walks up and asked if my appointment was at 11:30… I said I was offered 11 or 12 and I had agreed to 11am. She then proceeded to tell me that a person getting her pedicure just told her she also wanted her nails done by the manicurist I had made my appointment for. They asked if I could come back or if they could call me when she was available. I had an appointment… They did not honor, they should have told other person she was going to have to wait because the appointment (me) was already there, instead, they made me waste gas and time…

I brought my daughter to get her eyebrows done and I was so pleased with the service. Tiffany did such an amazing job and you can’t beat the price. We ended up coming back an hour later to get mommy daughter pedicures. Christina and Becky made us feel like stars. Thank you ladies. I have been a customer here and have even recommended this place for years. But after today never again! I asked to have someone else work on both my toes and hands after noticing I was not getting the level of satisfaction I usually receive to just be be ignored all three times. My nails are sloppy,crooked and thick. I paid $77 and was ignored when I tried raising attention to my concerns in store. After 2.5 hours this whole situation was absolutely ridiculous. I really hope the owner tiffany I believe atleast tries to reach out. I am so beyond disappointed.
