I love going here! I’ve tried multiple nail salons in the city, and this one is by far my favorite. I have done gel manicures, gel polish change, and now dip here. All have been wonderful quality, lasting WEEKS! Also a great price. My gel removal + manicure + dip powder today was $49 + tip. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonably priced and great quality nail salon!

Visited Louisville for my birthday and my husband took me to get a pedi. Picked Highland Nails because of the already great reviews and this place did not disappoint! We walked in and were seated within 5 minutes without an appointment. It was my husband’s first pedicure and they made him feel very welcome and comfortable! We got the deluxe pedicure which lasted about 1.5 hours and was priced appropriately. Definitely would recommend and will return next time we are in the area! Thanks Kevin and team!!

Critical: Quality, ValueI was there less then a week ago and got gel polish on nails. The polish chipped in less then 3 days. The jewelry came off. I work so was unable to call them right away so when I did call them 5 days later to see if I could get them polishes over, I was told by the owner that he can’t guarantee that the polish stay on. But when they are taking your money, they assure you your polish will stay on for weeks. Totally unprofessional. I spent over a hundred dollars for my service. Love this place. Came here with 4 others without appointments and we were taken care of quickly. Annie was very gentle and did a great job! Super sterile! You take a QR code to view the colors on your phone, everyone is required to wash hands as soon as they enter. There is a $2 charge for your own manicure kit that you can bring back with you so nothing is reused. Plastic partitions to keep a safe distance. I was very very happy!!
