Went to get a pedicure and my nails done. Everything was suppose to be gel. I didnt get any polish on my toes. She started my nails with dip instead of gel, stopped halfway and didn’t come back. The two women I was with were taken care of well and done while I was still waiting for someone to do my nails. I asked and they said the woman who was doing my nails would be back in a minute. I decided to leave. This was a disappointing visit. I was also going to be charged for polish on my toes and I informed the woman no one painted my toes.

Ken did my nails when I went, and he did such an amazing job- I’ve never been so happy with my nails before. He did exactly what I asked for, they came out exactly like the picture. And he was very polite and professional, and checked in with me and the progress often which I really appreciated.
