The staff is courteous, compassionate and helpful. The therapists are knowledgeable and treat all of you, not just one injured part. Different from other places I’ve been. I love physical therapy here! First, and most importantly, they’ve worked with me and my insurance and made it possible for me to get care (a HUGE bonus as I hadn’t met my deductible yet). Second, they’ve allowed me to bring my 3-year-old with me, and for any moms out there who have trouble making appointments because they’re at home with kids, this place is empathetic to your needs! HUGE, HUGE bonus! And last, I’ve been working with Noelle who has been a wonderfully warm and understanding caregiver, who so early in her career has already mastered patient-centered care to a “T” and it meant so much — thank you to everyone at HQHT!

Thank you to Caryn and Brynn! Brynn is a great OT – excellent at listening to the patient and creating a customized therapy program to target specific muscles. Neurological issues are more complex to address and it requires both patience and knowledge of the condition and symptoms. Having been to many PT + OT therapists over the past few years I would rate Brynn at the top. Amazing positive energy, very smart and always a welcoming smile! Highly recommended!!!

I love working for this company. I have been a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for about 2 years now and HQHT is the best in competitive forward think and wholistic approaches to patient care. After hearing the horror sorties from some patients about going into a clinic for personalized care and get metaphorically or LITERALLY put on a stationary bike for the session, it is so refreshing to work with a staff who discuss what is best for the patient in their own home environment.
