I booked an appointment using the Boosky app as this business had nearly 250 great reviews. I arrive at my appointment time to find the business closed. I attempted to call to no avail. I look at the the app again to make sure I didn’t miss something – nope, the appointment still read confirmed. This was a waste of my time, and unprofessional. I hope to change this review one day to something better.
