The owner ( Elvia) and Priscilla act as if they are better than everyone one else. Stay away from this salon they judge you by the way you look. Their attitudes are horrible and their work ethics is very unprofessional. Their poor work service is over priced. They have you wait and show favoritism to those that have good careers. They ask you all kinds of personal questions. Priscilla an Elvia you don’t have any respect or morals for others. Both of you all need to set your pride to the side. You both look like MEN , and need Jesus! I got a shampoo rinse with Priscilla she did a horrible job How does one mess up like that..???? . This POS needs to stay home along with her mother I will never return. Don’t stop here you will regret it!

I was there a couple of days ago and had my hair cut and styled with Priscilla. I had a picture of a haircut that I carried around for the last year. I tried a number of salons and to no avail. Some of the most high end salons by location and price. I still don’t understand how a Stylist can do something completely different and dismiss what you request. I am very excited to say, that Priscilla did a great job with the haircut, she nailed the picture and I now have a place I can count on!

Didn’t like this place whatsoever, they did my hair for prom and it was nothing like I wanted it. They also made me miss my appoitment for my makeup at Sophora because they took like 3 hours for a ugly little bun. She made it up to me and did my makeup (not for free). I usually do my own makeup but I didn’t want to worry about it for prom, worst makeup ever! She didn’t use any primer or setting spray, my makeup looked patchy and caked up. I still ended up paying like 150 for service I did not like. Do not recommend. Never again will I come here.

Do not go to this salon. I had the worst experience with a hair salon I have ever had. I asked for a hair cut, color and some high lights. I was kept there for 6 hours and there were no other customers the whole time I was there. Now I know why.The hairdresser’s name is Claudia. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, a short simple style. When she finished, after 6 hours, I had a very bad hair cut, I had burned and over processed hair which was a drab color. Then she had the audacity to charge $165.00 for this atrocious mess. I left and when my friend saw my hair she almost cried. She had paid for it and she was appalled at how I looked after 6 hours at a beauty shop. After a week of not being able to stand how my hair looked, (like a rusty brillo pad), she took me to a Just a Cut beauty shop where I got a very nice hair cut, a conditioner to try and help the dried out look, a toner to tone down the brassy high lights, and a massage for $55.00. My friend was with me and practically kissed Lucy for fixing what Claudia had done to my hair. Lucy showed us how the hairs were all uneven and straggly and how bad the cut was and how bad the hair was burned. I stopped in at High Point to show Claudia what a good hair style and cut and color looks like and to complain about having to go pay again to get it fixed. She just flippantly said “Well, it is just everyone’s choice.” There was no apology or offer to return any money or do anything to atone for her crappy job. Again, there was no one in the shop. I can see why she has no clients with her poor attitude and over charging for poor work. I would never recommend anyone go to this beauty shop and I am sure they will not be in business long with this attitude. There are plenty of good reasonable hair stylists in the valley. Don’t ever go to this one! You will be sorry!

I’ve been to High Point Salon . But honestly the owner is never around n Julie, Priscilla have ugly attitude. I stop by there ask for the owner cus i wanted her to cut my hair ,and they would not even give me an appointment. Told me she wasn’t available next thing I know she comes out ,from the back putting lipstick. And with a customer. They favor thier customers or something ! Need to really be nice to everybody, lol we all have $$ for what we want or need ! An ugly characters are, not a good beauticians at all . Thank you

I would go because there was a stylist named Jennifer who would cut and style my hair very well. Jennifer no longer works there I have since been unhappy with my hair cuts.
