Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI didn’t want my hair dyed all I wanted was a detoxing shampoo and an olaplex treatment. I was told I needed highlights in which that turned my hair Gray, white, blue and orange. Liz Bean, refused to fix it I have proof she charged me $175 and even told me sorry, I can’t finish blow drying your hair because my other customer is going to walk out because she was behind. I had to go to another salon to have my hair fixed and pay another hundred and some dollars because she refused to. In addition, I asked for a refund and then she blocked me very unprofessional I have tons of pictures and the salon that I went to that could fix it asked me if I tried to dye it myself with box coloring because it was so bad. I have been going there for 11 years but have only seen “Tresea” and now I know why. I do not recommend Liz Bean, unless you want your hair damaged and you want to have to go somewhere else to have it fixed because she will refuse to fix it and block you, plus she will refuse to refund all the money that you paid!!I guess her pocketbook means more to her then her customers feelings and how her customers hair turns out. Mistakes happen it’s how she handled it that was wrong and unprofessional.I have before she messed up my hair pictures, after she messed up my hair pictures and pictures from the other salon I had to go to because she saw nothing wrong with it and refused to fix it and blocked me when I asked for a refund.It wasn’t a color correction!!!!As I stated I only wanted a detoxing shampoo and olaplex treatment, Liz Bean said to do highlights and no I didn’t want multiple visits or a color done to my hair.Poor management and now the lady she rushed me out for messaged me that Liz Bean also completely messed up her hair.No I do not know this lady she looked me up.Her message to me below!!Hi my name is Roxann. My daughter walked in with very long hair, asked for a reverse bob with the hair left long in the front. She left in tears, said that the stylist said she had been doing this x amount of years and she knew what was best. Her hair is now above her shoulders, about chin length, and one length all the way around. HORRIBLE customer service. The beautician didn’t even attempt to cut it how my daughter had asked. The reverse bob is a very popular cut, sadder yet, she didn’t try to remedy the situation or apologize for her error, and now my daughter has to live with this cut until it’s long enough for someone else to fix it? To say I’m very upset would put it mildly.
