Just got my hair done here – all over color & highlights done by Mary…she is AMAZING! My hair came out exactly the way I wanted it! Mary listened to what I told her I wanted, we looked at pictures and she even did hi-lights underneath because I told her I wear my hair up a lot!

This place is a joke. They try to act like a high quality salon but they’re actually a low end salon! Not only did I not get the highlights that I specifically ask for nor did I get the hair cut promised but I was shocked when I was left in the rinsing station far too long because the hairdresser stated, “ I’ve gotta go wash up my bowls.” She was gone far too long. She wasn’t happy with the highlights before and stated, “I don’t like the brightness of the highlights so let’s tone that down.” By leaving me at the rinse station too long with the toner still in my hair well then it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that she took away all the blonde highlights. I called the next morning and ask to speak to the same hairdresser and was told she didn’t come In until 12:00pm. I ask for the manager and was told, “we don’t have a manager.” She said,”we have a salon owner but brushed me off by saying, “ I have a client that just walked in and I need to go.” CLICK!

I googled nail salons and this one came up. I went in and was first told they don’t do artificial nails. I don’t have artificial nails. Once I point this out I’m told “sorry the nail tech isn’t in.” So not only was I offended but my time was wasted.
