I hate to leave a bad review but I had a horrible experience trying to get my hair done at this salon. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new salon. Found High Life on Groupon and decided to give them a try. I had an appointment on my birthday back in January. When I arrived, they said my appointment was canceled and someone should have called me. No missed call or voice-mail. I tried again a couple months later to give them another chance. I had an appointment today which I called yesterday to confirm. I did receive a call today from the salon to cancel this appointment. They plan to reach out later to reschedule me. The person who called was very nice and I understand things happen but this is the second occurrence. Already traded in the Groupon and intend to go to a more professional salon.

My hair came out exactly how I wanted. As a natural blonde with a ton of very fine, very straight hair, it’s always a risk to find somewhere new. Any mistake in cutting is readily noticable in my hair. Fantastic time selection and they had special shampoo for my sensitive scalp!
