The very first picture was taken two weeks ago. As you can see they actually did an awesome job.. So I went back a few days ago to get a repolish and she told me that I didn’t need one to just get the tips colored being that they were chipping. Well I did that and also got a pedicure. All this for 35 dollars just for it to be chipping from my hands and toes. The first visit didn’t include my toes and it was still 35$. Two weeks ago. So I paid for my tips and toes the same price? For this?

This is by far the worst nail shop that I’ve been too. They have the worst customer service and they DO NOT sterilize their pedicure utensils which is disgusting as hell. When I mentioned it, the lady looks at me and rolls her eyes, then sprays it with alcohol. The older chinese lady that sits closest to the door has a horrible ass attitude. I needed a take off and she got an attitude cause I didn’t choose to get the refill making her job easy. All in all terrible. Smfh

They don’t use freshly sanitized tools for each client. All she did was spray the tools with alcohol and went on to the next person with the same tools. My toe nails look nice but cleanliness had me slightly disturbed.

This place would had a better rate if only they weren’t racist. The owner with the wisker on her mole chin discriminated on a Afro Latino people. She had told the customer in front of all of us that she had to pay cash , because last year she called the police on her. You can see the lady had made that lie because her workers all looked confused.. and the Spanish lady kept telling her she has the wrong person, the owner does not have one picture of stolen goods or robbery why would you say something like that to a paying customers!! I will never come back here , hopefully her son gets his own business because they will be close down with that kind of act against people.
