It was my first time walking in yesterday, with no appointment, and the technician, Jennifer, was able to take me right away. The color selection was limited but it had the necessities. Jennifer was engaging despite our language barrier. She assisted me onto the chair (bc my 8 month belly was in the way) and offered me water. She removed my previous gel pedi with no problem and proceeded. She did a good job and gave me the foot/leg massage I was in dire need of! I would definitely come back.

We stopped in on Valentines day because we were in the area and I needed to get a color correction from another salon, we were greeted by the owner who is an absolute sweetheart. Since it was Valentines day and Lunar New Year she gifted me with beautiful red roses and a traditional Vietnamese dish they only eat once per year. Unfortunately I couldn’t eat it all because we had just come from eating out, but I must say I will come back even if I have to drive out here again from San Jose. She did an awesome job with my nails and a great pedi on my husband. This is a great place to come. They do haircuts, mani/pedi and they do a great job. Kudos to the owner for a great job!

My daughter and I got our nails done. Dip powder. The woman assured us we would be done by 2 as I had an emergency appt in SF at 3. 1st, my daughter’s nails were fine. Mine however are terrible!! She didn’t apologize. They don’t look like they were supposed too and still I paid ridiculous for the hideous nails. I have never been so mad or upset. On top of it, she didn’t finish until 2:50pm causing me to lose an extremely important meeting. Honesty and transparency would have been nice as well as an apology. I will NEVER return and I do not recommend it.

Awesome experience! I was away from home and couldn’t stand the gel polish on my fingernails another minute. I called High 5 and got an appointment an hour later. I was in and out in less than half an hour, and the price was cheaper than it would have been at my regular salon in Redwood City!
