Wanted to like Chong and her work based on the reviews I read but I left her shop feeling so miserable and unhappy. The cut was not as expected and did not look like the photos that I showed her. The photos showed the side and back view of a haircut that had long and even layers. The cut I got was like a big heavy bowl on top and shaved along the lower neck area.
